O2 Restaurant is located in the Maakri quarter in the courtyard of Neutra Torn – just a step away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet private enough to provide a peaceful space for enjoyment.
Swissotel, Radisson Blu Sky and Hilton are located in the immediate vicinity, bringing international business class visitors to the area. It is here, in the heart of the business world, that important meetings, celebrations and culinary experiences take place – O2 is part of this value chain.

ACCESSIBILITY
Our restaurant is accessible by wheelchair and stroller. For visitors with cars, there are several parking lots nearby, there is also a bicycle parking lot in the building, and public transport stops are 3-6 minutes away.
ON FOOT OR BY BIKE
We are easily accessible on foot from Viru Centre (5 minutes), Tornimäe quarter, Solaris or Stockmann area. Neutra Torn also has dry bicycle parking.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
You can use all public transport options to get there, including rental scooters or bicycles. There is also a rental scooter parking lot 1 minute away on Maakri street.

• Viru Keskus / Hobujaama (tram and bus stops)
• Stockmann (trams 3 and 4)

BY CAR
There are several paid parking lots in the Maakri quarter, the closest of which is right across the street (EuroPark P32):
• EuroPark (Maakri 19 / Tornimäe 7 / Stockmann / Lennuki)
• Parkner parking lots and city parking lots (city center zone)

ACCESS FOR GUESTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Our restaurant is located on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible. There is also a wheelchair accessible toilet on the first floor of the Neutra Torn building.
