Executive Chef Martin Meikas has created a menu that combines Nordic techniques and seasonal ingredients with Asian nuances. He leads the kitchen with a philosophy that harmoniously blends Nordic tradition with the refinement of Asian culinary methods. The restaurant offers seasonal produce, preserving its natural character while adding an Eastern touch. The interior reflects Scandinavian minimalism and Asian aesthetics, utilizing modest decor and subtle lighting.
